 What should I do if merchandise arrives broken?

All packages are shipped and insured by UPS. If any merchandise arrives broken, call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report a claim. Do not throw out any of the boxes since UPS may want to inspect them. Once you report the claim, call or e mail us to order replacement pieces.


What should I do if merchandise arrives defective?

Call to inform us of any defects as soon as you receive your merchandise. Defective merchandise can be sent back to the manufacturer for no charge replacements within 2 weeks of purchase.


Stock & Special Orders

We will be happy to special order any item that is not in stock. If it's a gift, we will send out a gift notification immediately and ship the merchandise as soon as it is available. Special orders are usually shipped within 3 - 4 weeks. Special import items may take longer. All special orders are non-returnable.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love the selections you made. We accept returns for a merchandise credit if we are notified of the items to be returned within 10 days of the ship date. We will accept returns less shipping costs. The items to be returned must be unused, undamaged in their original box/es and have all original manufacturers labels affixed to them. Certain special orders are not returnable please contact us regarding specific items to be returned.
